Google adsense approve this list of 3 months old blog with only 1 content

Most of the blogger today want to apply in Google Adsense to earn extra income, but in other case Google rejected their application because some of their blog content did not meet the exact requirements in applying Adsense. Site requirement are very important in applying Google, but I found out that there are some blog out there that have Google Adsense. I read some of the Adsense policies and one of them stating that before you applying Adsense you must have lots of content, or your blog must 6 month old.

I started searching on line about how can Google accept my application, and I found this list of blog site that has Google adds, but this site is very simple.
